What we do

Two sides to the work

Elite Demo and Junk Removal is a small local operation out of San Marcos. No franchise, no call center. You get the crew that shows up with the trailer.

The work splits two ways. On the junk side you point at what you want gone and it goes: furniture off a curb, mattresses out of an apartment, a washer and dryer out of a garage, a hot tub off a deck, brush off the fence line, drywall and cutoffs off a jobsite. On the demolition side we take the structure apart first, then load the debris and haul it off.

Plenty of haulers do the first half. The tear out is what we are named for.

Hauling and cleanouts

Demolition

Deck boards, fence pickets, shed framing, trampolines and interior tear out. The debris leaves with us.

Equipment

It runs off a dump trailer

The trailer backs up to the job, gets loaded by hand, and tips the whole load out at the landfill.

One load holds a sectional, a washer, a dryer and a mattress together, which is what came off the Kyle property cleanout below. Hot tub shells ride on moving blankets. Old aluminum windows, plywood, rubber wall base and bagged apartment trash all go in the same bed.

On the Horseshoe Bay smoker pickup a box truck did the carrying instead. Whatever suits the load is what shows up.

  • Dump trailer loaded with a washer, dryer, sectional and mattress after a Kyle property cleanout
    After / Kyle, TX
  • Hot tub shell loaded on the dump trailer with moving blankets underneath

  • Loaded trailer of bagged apartment trash ready to haul

Disposal

Where the load ends up

The trailer gets emptied at the landfill. Not behind a building, not down a back road.

  • Dump trailer tipping a load at the Guadalupe County landfill working face
    After
  • Trailer unloading at the landfill with a second truck waiting behind
    After

Both of these were shot at the Guadalupe County landfill on FM 1150 in February 2026. The trailer is tipping at the working face with another truck waiting behind us for its turn.

It is the least interesting part of the job and the part worth showing you. What comes off your property goes through the gate and gets dumped where it belongs.

Questions people ask

Where is Elite Demo and Junk Removal based?
San Marcos, Texas, in Hays County. It is a service area business, so there is no storefront and no drop off yard. The trailer comes to the job.
How far do you travel?
About 55 miles out from San Marcos, which covers Kyle, Buda, New Braunfels, Austin, San Antonio, Round Rock and Cedar Park. Call and ask if you sit outside that.
Do you do demolition as well as junk removal?
Yes. Decks, fences, sheds, trampolines and interior tear out. Most junk haulers in this market will take the pile but not the structure. That part is the difference.
What happens to the load after you leave?
It goes to the landfill. The photos on this page were taken tipping a load at the Guadalupe County landfill on FM 1150.
How do I see more of your work?

  • “Happy to write the first review on this page, cristian and his crew handles my furniture with ease and no problems at all. I was pretty scared of them scuffing my walls and door frame with the couches and fridge but it was all good! they assured me of a lot and I'm very glad I went with him. Their prices were reasonable for the work they did, me and my family would’ve struggled throwing that away ourselves.”
